First off, the food is absolutely delicious! Quick service and they offer military/veteran discount. That said, the cost is a bit high for the portion size, but not over the top. That is literally my only negative. Highly recommend trying this little gem out! You will not be disappointed. The menu is limited, but they have daily specials that help mix things a bit. I definitely need to get over and try the jambalaya!

I went on a whim. I had no idea there were food trucks there. I got the Cajun Nachos with shrimp. I have never had shrimp on nachos before, but the Cajun flavors really brought everything together. It was unbelievably good. The service was friendly, and easy going. The atmosphere was light, but I suspect that was because it was near closing time. I bet this collection of food trucks is hoppin'. They have daily specials. While I waited for my nachos I felt some remorse for not being hungry enough to get an order of Cajun Mac & Cheese (the Tuesday special). But, Friday is Jambalaya. So, I'll be heading back there on Friday. Second Visit: I had to try this place again. This time I got the Monte Cristo. Forgive me if I get this wrong, but it's a ham and cheese sandwich, dipped in pancake batter, deep fried, then served with syrup. That sandwich was so damn good. I've added picture for everyone to drool over.

Excellent customer service along with delicious comfort food. We enjoyed a variety of different dishes that were all amazing. It was lovely sitting undercover outside Cascadia brothers with a drink and some good Cajun food. I need to go back and try the gumbo and jambalaya!!

This is some damn good Southern food. I'm from Texas so it reminded me of home. I've tried several items and it never disappoints! The owners are also very nice. Go get some Cajun food now!!!!

I love Cajun food, so I'm always excited to try a new place. We had the Jambalaya, beignets, riblets with dirty rice. All were very good, the staff was great. We took it home to eat so can't say anything about eating there. And since I can't afford a plane ticket to New Orleans every time I crave some southern food...this is a great "substitution"

I waited months for this! finally got the alligator PO-boy with smothered fries. First of all, the PO-boy is so delicious, looks like a home cooked meal! Portions are huge! Fantastic. 10/10. Talked with Christine, she is super cool, loving and knows how to handle her customers. The food shows for it. Shrimp tacos were great as well. The biggest thing I can say about this experience is the culture, and the cheese sauces holy moly! Will definitely be coming back every week for this!

Some of the best food and service in Vancouver Washington! Friendly, absolutely delicious, knowledgeable about gluten-free and has gluten-free options. I’ve been eating here for years and it was a staple for my ex-wife and I. We made some tweaks to our meals and they had our special orders memorized and named in no time. This is the ONLY place I know that makes delicious authentic New Orleans cuisine. I love the shrimp pistolette, I usually get it modified etouffee with olives, but the nachos are an absolute favorite! Unbelievably delicious! Every. Single. Time. I can’t recommend this place enough! I even chose to organize a singles mixer at HazelDell Commons because I enjoy the food and service at La Oie so much!

Stopped by for the first time on Fat Tuesday and I am glad I did. Grabbed some jambalaya for myself and the wife along with a piece of King Cake. The jambalaya might have been the best I've ever had. If not it was real close. I loved it! The rice was cooked perfectly and the sausage and chicken were both delicious. The cake was ok, not the best I've had but that's alright. I did get the baby, so there's that. If I had a complaint it's that the gumbo wasn't available. I really wanted to try it. I don't like that it is only available once a week, same with the jambalaya. But I will be back to try it for sure. We have been back and the food did not let us down on the 2nd visit. We tried the Monte Cristo. If you like a Monte Cristo do yourself a favor and try the one here. It was fantastic! Never had a better one anywhere. In fact only Disneyland comes close.
